Made-to-order furniture
Because every piece is built to your measurements, finish and fabric, we cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind after production has started.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We repair or replace the affected piece at no cost to you.
Manufacturing defects
All furniture carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects — joinery failure, finish defects, faulty LED components or hardware. We repair or replace, free of charge.
What is not covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, water damage, incorrect self-assembly, alterations by a third party, and issues caused by dragging or overloading the furniture.
Cancelling an order
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once materials are cut, the deposit covers work already completed and is non-refundable.
